Pilates is a wonderful form of cross training and dance conditioning for students of all ages. Pilates helps build overall strength, flexibility, external rotation, ankle stability, breath, coordination, mindfulness, control, and helps prevent against injury.
It is highly reccomended as an integral part of each students' training and conditioning as well as for adults looking to maintain their overall fitness, strength, and flexibility.
