Pilates is a wonderful form of cross training and dance conditioning for students of all ages. Pilates helps build overall strength, flexibility, external rotation, ankle stability, breath coordination, mindfulness, control, and helps prevent against injury.

It is highly recommended as an integral part of each students' training and conditioning as well as for adults looking to maintain their overall fitness, strength, and flexibility.

Our Pilates instructors are fully certified for both Mat and Apparatus and have extensive dance experience.
